Sales managers are often under intense pressure. This leads to approaching leadership with "tired energy" and a lot of "force energy," believing we just have to try harder and work more hours. When clients feel like they are being "needy" while building relationships , it's a great observation that the current approach isn't working. My goal is to disrupt this by asking: "How can we be approaching this differently?". The most profound shift of energy is to stop judging ourselves , realizing there's no right or wrong, good or bad, it just is what it is.
